Trendscouting: the man on the street.

Good communication is both creative and strategically sound. One of the most important sources for this target-oriented creativity is dialogue with consumers. This is without doubt the best way to listen in closely to the rustle of society. We use "trend videos" on an ad hoc basis to help us strengthen important weak points in concept development. These act as a spontaneous survey to show us what the target group know and what they want – "live" before our eyes.
